ActionDrivenNote opens three actions in turn: a 1:1 with questions prepared, a launch action with its goal, decision and next steps, and a finished research sub-action tagged User research.
01Action
It starts with an action.
Plan what you’ll do today, this week, or someday. Each action is a task with its own page for your thinking.
An action is added to Backlog without a date, then another is added to Today and gets today’s date.
02Driven
Then the work fills the page.
Research, drafts, decisions — capture them right in the action as you work, not in a separate note to file away later. Next steps become sub-actions on the right day.
Notes are written inside an action. A next step gets tomorrow’s date and appears on the board under Tomorrow.
03Note
Keep only what’s worth keeping.
When the work is done, check it off. Tag the parts worth reusing — no folders to maintain. They’ll be there the next time a similar problem comes up.
A research action is checked off and tagged User research, then found again under that tag next to earlier research.
