# ActionDrivenNote

> ActionDrivenNote is an action-centered task manager and note-taking app for planning daily work, thinking in context, and keeping useful notes.

Each action is also an editable note: plan work by day, write context and decisions inside the action, and add child actions as next steps. Completing an action keeps its note. Tags, including nested topic tags, help you find related active and completed work. The core workflow is ready to use without setting up a database.

Free has no expiration and includes all core features, including MCP. The 100-item limit is a total per account, not a monthly allowance. Each action and its note count as one item; each nested action counts separately. Completed and trashed items count toward the limit. Only permanent deletion frees quota. Free attachments are limited to 5 MB per file, not 5 MB of combined storage. Pro costs $5 USD per month, renewing until cancelled, and includes unlimited items and attachments.

ActionDrivenNote offers a web app and desktop apps for Apple Silicon Mac and Windows x64. Mobile users can use the web app. The same account syncs tasks and notes across web and desktop. Compatible AI clients can use remote HTTP MCP and OAuth to read, create, or update tasks and notes within granted permissions; plan limits apply.
